The 2024 keynote speakers include three women who have mastered distinct and diverse roles in conservation.
About Women in Conservation: Belize is renowned globally for its conservation efforts. It is home to leading coral restoration scientists and national policy leaders, with women spearheading the protection and restoration of the country's ecosystems. These women lead local teams for some of the world's largest organizations and establish their own startups in Belize. This positions Belize as the ideal venue for the International Women in Conservation Summit.
The summit will take place in Belize City, showcasing local and international female experts. While the summit is open to all attendees, the speakers and panelists will be exclusively women. The 2024 program includes a comprehensive lineup of expert panels, keynote presentations, technical training workshops, poster sessions, and a marketplace dedicated to the blue and green economy. The 2024 International Women in Conservation summit will take place in Belize City, November 22-23, 2024. We will publish the full schedule in August.
