CATCH A WAVE

Make Double the Impact!

The Challenge

An incredible supporter just stepped forward with $7,500 to fund half of our fourth refillable campus in Belize. Now we're calling on our community to rise to the challenge and unlock this matching gift!

Your $50 becomes $100. Your $100 becomes $200. Your $500 becomes $1,000

4 School campuses Transformed

Starting this school year, we'll be operating refillable water stations at 4 campuses across Belize, but only if we hit our matching goal!

850,000 Plastic Bottles and Pouches Eliminated

Every single year, our 4 stations will prevent 850,000 plastic bottles and pouches from polluting Belize's pristine waters and coral reefs.

2336 Students gain Daily Access

Four campuses means 2336 students will have unlimited access to clean, safe drinking water throughout their school day.

$700,800 Saved in Family Budgets

With each student saving over $300 annually, we're putting over $700,000 back into family pockets across our 4 campuses.  This is money that can go toward essential needs for households.

Why Refill?

Every year, schools in Belize use millions of single-use plastic water pouches and bottles. A simple solution is to use refillable water stations located on school grounds. Refill systems decrease plastic waste, lower water costs for families, and help schools earn money.

Sea of Life works with schools to secure and set up refill systems and create educational campaigns through long-term partnerships. Our goal is to eliminate over 1 million single-use plastics each year by 2028.

Refillable Campuses is the winning 2023 Plastic Solutions Academy Accelerator project created with Marvin Briceno.
